I bought the DVD burner and I decided to pass on buying a backup disc and just be satisfied with the download off the internet. Well the next day I ended up having to get rid of all I had done the last 2 days. I lost the application, software. I contacted them by e-mail and told them what happened. They could have said that you had a chance to buy a backup copy of the software and you didnt. Well to my pleasant surprise they let me download the software again without charging me a dime. theur customer service dept treated me like family, not a dollar sign. I salute companies like this because the next time I need software I will contact them first. The software is NOT intuative. It is easy to opperate after you know what to do. I am going to put a video on youtube to show how simple it is once you are shown how to do it.
