In September of 2010 we attended caving movie at Yellowstone max and ordered two movies about caving from hotmoviesales. We travel a lot and just now March 16, 2011 caught on to the fact that they have been charging $19.95 a month membershio fee for five months. I called my credit card company they got me in touch with hotmoviesales and they agreed to cancel my membership and refund this month fee. I called today march 17, 2011 and talked with a Supervisor which took a lot of haggling and he agreed to only refund a toatal of three months. after I told him that I was going to put hotmoviesale on the scam Reort. My credit card company said that they could do nothing else. I only got the two movies and never got anything for the five months they charged me

I purchased a movie from hotmoviesales in January 2011. I recieved the movie and ever since then this company has been charging my bank account 9.95. It has been 7 months. Have tried to call these people about this and the phone is always busy. I am canceling my credit card at the bank. But that is not gonna get me back my 7 months that they have taken out 9.95. These people should be stopped ripping people off. I did not join any club with them. I want my money back.
