After working there for 3 months I KNOW this does NOT work as GREAT as they claim it does. 98% success rate? YEAH RIGHT. Having to do 3 month annual scope and hair counts to clients of the Beachwood Hair Clinic and PRP Therapy most of the clients were angry that they did not see results. A lot of clients had less hair than when they shelled out the $4,000 for this. I was told to use a FAT marker and ADD extra hairs in the hair count pictures. The money back guarantee sounds good but she will just say you did grow hair (that's where the fat marker and added hairs come in) so that she will not have to give you the refund. This is a horrible scam and of course she will be nice to you. She just wants your money. The way she would talk about clients behind their back was appalling. Do not fall for this. Don't waste your money. And if you google Tiffany Masiello-Helt you will see TONS of these rif off reports and fraud alerts. I felt like I was lying. When they say come on in and we will see if you are a candidate...YOU ARE a candidate. EVERYONE is. They never turned anyone away for not being a candidate. I feel that they take advantage of the hairless people because they want to grow hair so badly. If anyone was taken advantage of, please contact me. I got your back. I don't want any more people to get taken in by these HORRIBLE people. And on the Better Business Bureau website, they have had complaints AND have an F rating. So that should tell you something too. I guess the BBB is wrong too.
