We signed up for the free trial and missed cancelling during the trial period - our mistake. We were charged $96 for a 1yr subscription. When we called to cancel and get a refund, we were told to forget about it, that their policy was no refunds. Don't waste your time or money on this service; you can do just as good a job searching the internet yourself!
