Good day Ripoffreport, I think I've just been scammed out of my money by a Chinese company selling tablets, laptops and other digital products after posting a request on Alibaba.com for tablet pcs, soon after I started receiving a flood of quotations from different companies, I ended up choosing a company called Shenzhen Nike-Yi Industrial and making a payment by way of money transfer, expecting to receive the order within 2-4 days, it's been almost two weeks later and still no delivery and now the so called sales manager Sophia Xu will no longer respond to my emails or anything, I was told via email earlier that it would take 1-2 days for the goods to clear customs in Hong Kong then I would be able to track it on the DHL website, but as I said earlier it's been almost two weeks since she said the shipment was sent off.It's been frustrating because I have customers waiting on this shipment here in Jamaica and it's costing me business. Below you will find a copy of the email conversations/ negotiations between myself and Miss Xu. Good day Miss Xu,I do not know what is going on with my order and I am not getting any solid explanation from you as to why the order is taking so long.It has been more than a full week and nothing has happened, I cannot understand why customs would be taking this long to clear such a small order, if you are not sending my order please to give me a full refund of my payment to you immediately so I can take my business elsewhere, I have people waiting on these items to get here and this hold up Is costing me business.Thank you Hi Miss Xu,Can you tell me me what is holding up the process with this shipment so long?
