Beldane Systems - Secured Assets Group false loan modification scheme and filed false bankruptcy Las Vegas, Nevada
6th of Jan, 2012 by User721464
this company is Secured Assets, Free & Clear and who knows what other names these scammers have used read ripoff report 735181 its still the same group of Douglas Thayer, Karen Kamman, William Begonia and who knows who else how do I know I lost my Cal house to them they are nothing but crooks and con artists it can’t be done I learned that the hard way I lost my house and a lot of money paid to those liars working there Doug, Karen, William exactly how do all o f those security analysts fit into a private mailbox? kind of crowded? your office is not at 1350 E Flamingo that is a UPS office anyone that has given money to these crooks should go down to their real office on
the 3rd floor at 415 S 6th St in Las Vegas and demand – not ask – for all of their money back before it is too late don’t keep believing their lies! its too late for me what I did learn from my new neighbor – now that I don’t have a house anymore – is that since November many agencies are investigating these con artists get your money back before these crooks close up shop again and rename themselves or get what they deserve – go up to the real office and demand a refund – then see a real attorney to get your life back

Beldane Systems is NOT Secured Assets Group. Beldane Systems has never filed any bankruptcies, false or otherwise and has had absolutely nothing to do with loan modifications. As a direct result of the failure of the attorneys hired by Secured Assets Group to tile a proper bankruptcy to address the fraud committed by the lenders involved, Beldane Systems was paid a substantial amount of money by Secured Assets Group to help find solutions for hoimeowners who were involed with Secured Assets by doing securitization analysis reports on their properties when the Secured Assets Group program failed. Beldane Systems and to the best of my knowledge, Secured Assets Group, were never responsible for anyone losing their home. If any homeowner lost their home, it was because the homeowner failed to make their payments or the banks involved scsammed them. Beldane Systems has worked hard to help hundreds of homeowners stop trustee sales, fight unlawful detainers and negotiate with lenders to help homeowners who did not pay their mortgage payments for whatever reason stay in their home.

I paid Belldane to help save my property and they did not do anything.I want my money back since they did not do anything.I believed my apps were not filed at all and did not go with the process that they promised to do which is to give percentage of ownership and put in a BK so the bank will not foreclosed it while they work on the loan.
