THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I WORK FOR REMAX AND HAVE TALKED TO OTHER REMAX OFFICES THAT WERE TO GET THESE FOLDERS. NO OF US HAS RECEIVED THESE FOLDERS INCLUDING THE REMAX OFFICES SHOWN ON THEIR WEBSITE!! DO NOT SEND THIS COMPANY ANY MONEY. BROOK IS THE OWNER AND SHE WILL ACT LIKE YOUR BEST FRIEND AND TELL YOU ALL ABOUT HER FAMILY AND KIDS, BLAH, BLAH, BLAH. SHE IS A CON ARTIST AND SO IS SHANA. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN.

They truly are a scam operation. I bought from them and 3 months to the day later never saw a single folder grace my door. I even contacted the Remax legal team to investigate, and learned of their F rating by the Better Business Bureau. I also confronted them and could not believe how they laughed in my face.They had a flimsy excuse for every delay. But nothing takes that long at the printer, believe me or the distribution center - right. I also was given the name of the "correct" Remax office to contact regarding who issued the folders but she had never signed a deal with BMK. Thankfully my credit card company disputed the matter on my behalf and was able to get my money back. But to anyone out there even considering them, --- they are whackos ! I have an Atttorney's General report to fill out also so hopefully after the legal team and the AG do some investigating they will retire their little act.
