Carid Took more than 15 days to ship a supposedly in-stock item - Look Elsewhere for a better merchant Internet
16th of Oct, 2011 by User165508
I placed an order for a supposedly in-stock item. More than 2 weeks and several follow up phone calls later in which they kept making excuses for not shipping my order, I asked them to cancel the order. The response was we can not do that because maybe your order has shipped. You will have to wait till you receive the order and then we can issue a return merchandise ticket. Save yourself the aggravation. These people strong arm you all the way. It won't be long before they are out of business at the rate they are pissing customers off.
