Carpet Kare Worse Carpet Cleaners around Columbia, South Carolina

I called these cleaners because they advertised that they are pet friendly. First off they did a repair job on a small area of carpet that was ripped. They managed to actually make it worse... I did not think that was possible. They cut out a rectangle but it the lines were not even cut straight. The piece they laid down to fill it was not the same size of the cut out so the carpet bubbled up all around. Then I ran a vacuum over it a few hours later and it actually came up! I was in shock. They didn't even secure it down. That was just the repair job. The cleaning job was even worse. When I set up the appointment I asked if they moved furniture. They told me in the living room but not in the bedroom. Well they did not move anything in the living room either. When I walked in the door that night I expected clean carpets. Nope. They were still filthy. Pet hair was everywhere still... No stains were even removed... It looks like they used a broken vacuum cleaner. A better job could have been done with a rental carpet cleaner from Food Lion. Worse job ever. If I would have been here and not my wife they either would not have left until the job was done right or not have gotten paid. Do yourself a favor and save your money.
