The company Cash Advance USA has been calling my home phone for three months threatening me stating that I took out a cash advance with them in the amount of $300 which they are claiming was deposited into my Wells Fargo bank account. I never received $300 dollars from this company because first of all I never signed up for a cash advance from them and secondly, I contacted my bank, Wells Fargo and checked my bank account and $300 was never deposited into this bank account at any time. Cash Advance USA is claiming that they are going to take me to court for intentions of not paying back this cash advance that i never requested nor received. I am tired of the threatening phone calls from this company.

I just recieved a call from a man from, Minn. Mn. and a cell phone also from 651-271-9656, stating he was going to have me locked up for 9 month and 18 days for recieving a cash advance from USA cash advance and never paying it back, but requested a repayment in the amount of 6000.00, I never ecieved a cash advance from this company either and I called my local sheriffs department and going to lodge a complain and give them the phone number, and also he claimed to be from the Bureau of Investagations.
