I have been harassed by this so called company that is a claiming to be an agency for Cashnet Marketing. They left messages saying they are Officer so and so with the Law and Justice center and they need to speak to me asap about a case against me. If I call now they can help me.
I get a call from them today and he went through this entire story how I owe this money and I can settle for $586 if I do it today. The entire time I told him "oh I see" as my response. I was very curious and let him say what he needed to say.
He told me to write down on paper an authorization to ACH funds from my debit card to them have the paper signed by me and a notary. Then I was to fax the paper to him. He asked me to have this done within an hour.
This is when I told him no. I do not believe that you are real and I want proof. He hung up on me and then called back. When he called back I asked him if he had my social security number and he said yes. I said I want you to read the number to me then since you have it.
I was not prepared for what he said next. He said " I will come to your house and I will being the law and justice team with me, I will tell you your social security number and then I will kill you, you mother f*cker!" Wow!
I called the police and there is nothing they can do. This person has my number to my home and cell. So if he carries out these threats I guess I can call the police then and maybe then can help me if I am still alive. |

Well, thanks for the information that you've posted. It makes me aware the other scams on having payday loan. However, Jamie Brock was shot point blank in the forehead while in a robbery in Hanover Park, Ill. last Oct. Her shooter was stealing from the USA payday cash advance store where she worked. Admise Wilson, who committed the crime, said sorry to his target in the courtroom Monday. Wilson was sentenced to twenty five years in jail. I read this here: Man apologizes in court for shooting payday loan clerk |
