cavalry Portfolio Services LLC is a criminal organization that is fraudulently, deceptively, maliciously and notoriously engaged in an abusive debt collection practices through it affiliates, Attorneys Sherwin P. Robin/Sara G. Robin, GA Bar No. 609875. As a citizen of these United States, you would think that the Court, State Court of Gwinnett County, in whose jurisdiction I resides will question the validity of such fraudulent debt collection practices by a notorious organization like Cavalry Portfolio Services but it seen that the Court trust that Cavalry Portfolio Services would behave responsibly by abiding in the law but, rather Cavalry Portfolio Services LLC is financially exploiting me through the legal system of Gwinnett County Court. Which makes me wonder whether the Court is cashing into the trade of debt collection by awarding Cavalry Portfolio over $7,088.45 in interest for $4,629.50 at an interest rate of 24.990% per annum through garnishment until paid in full? That’s $11,717.92 and counting. The Court is collecting the amount of $7,088.45 in interest and fees for a default credit card debt of $4,629.50 at a continuing interest rate of 24.990% per annum through garnishment. This amount will increase to over $13,000.00 when the Court decides to award Cavalry Portfolio another $1,600.00 in interest and fees before the garnishment is fulfill. What a way to legitimize corruption through the justice system. How can the Court justify an interest and fee of over $7,088.45 (and counting) for a written off credit card debt of $4,629.50 that was bought by a notorious debt collection agency that never had to verify the debt to the court nor the defendant for penny on a dollar. Cavalry Portfolio claimed of this debt being assigned by Washington Mutual Bank is a no-brainer. Cavalry Portfolio Services knew of crime-ridden Washington Mutual activities and decided to take advantage of the ignorant in the justice system of how this Bank was operating financially by claiming the debt was assigned and I owed $4,629.50. When the Court denied all my corresponding for a trial, I knew that this debt collector (Cavalry Portfolio) might have a special relationship with the Court in order for the Court to called me a Defendant and not allow me to defend myself or stand trial. Others would be afraid to go to court but, I was pleading to go on trial and was turn down. Why can I wonder whether the Court is cashing into the trade? What form of justice is it? Where is the law? Is the debt assigned or negotiated and purchased? Where is the documentation of said transaction between Washington Mutual Bank and Cavalry Portfolio Service? Is it secret documents that cannot me display in court? Do I have to subpoena the documents? Cavalry Portfolio Service is biting more than it can swallow. There is a repercussion to corruption. If the judicial system which should protect all, will choose to protect some and leave some, then, the law formulated will be apply selectively. The Court has already collected $6,850.92 for a default credit card debt of $4,629.50 claimed by this maliciously criminal organization, Cavalry Portfolio Service LLC and is requesting an additional $4,967.04. This notoriously criminal organization called Cavalry Portfolio Services LLC bought a fraudulent credit card debt, claimed assigned to it, at penny on a dollar after it was written off by another notorious financial crime ridden bank called Washington Mutual Bank, whose demise was a disgrace to the financial community, decided to play on the ignorant of the court and rob me. Up until this day, Cavalry Portfolio has not presented a single signature document of a loan from the demise Washington Mutual banks to the court stating I, Jackson H. Coleman was a recipient of the amount claimed. Washington Mutual bank never loan me a penny. Bring the signed documentation. My plead with the Court for trial and debt verification were rejected. Where is Washington Mutual Bank? This criminal bank (WaMu), set up what insiders described as a system of dubious legality that enabled real estate agents to collect fees of more than $10,000 for bringing in borrowers, sometimes making the agents more beholden to WaMu than they were to their clients. WaMu gave mortgage brokers handsome commissions for selling the riskiest loans, which carried higher fees, bolstering profits and ultimately the compensation of the bank’s executives. WaMu pressured appraisers to provide inflated property values that made loans appear less risky, enabling Wall Street to bundle them more easily for sale to investors. WaMu turned real estate agents into a pipeline for loan applications by enabling them to collect “referral fees†for clients who became WaMu borrowers. Cavalry Portfolio Services LLC (Criminal Portfolio Services) needs to be stop or they will corrupt the justice system or is the system corrupt? Please help me. I need help. Is there anyone out there who is not on Criminal Portfolio Services payroll? Is there anyone who believes in the justice system or is the justice system cashing into the trade? What happen to the law? Paragraph II of Georgia constitution: Protection to person and property is the paramount duty of government and shall be impartial and complete. No person shall be denied the equal protection of the laws. Paragraph XXIV of Georgia Constitution: No person shall be compelled to pay costs in any criminal case except after conviction on final trial. Was there ever a trial on this case? Who can help me or am I at the mercy of Criminal Portfolio Services LLC through the legal system. Is this the justice system? Awarding criminal organization money it cannot verify it claimed assigned or was it negotiated and purchased? Where are we heading? Who will help me? Cavalry Portfolio is requesting another $4,967.04 to be collected by the Court through payroll garnishment, document is attached. Is this the United States of America or am I in some third world country? The court is doing all the dirty work for Cavalry Portfolio Services. Can anyone help me?
