I need to advise the public that this person is unsafe. I am only writing this in case something would happen to my wifee or her kids or even myself. We have been in court issuses for two years now. Chad has been arrested many of times, He was arrested for burglary. He also has made thearts at my wife the kids and myself saing he would kidnap the kids and kill them and my wife. I seriously think he would to. I am in the middle of a Adoption and when it is all said and done he wont ever see the kids again. He does do drugs. He also gets hiis family and friends involed since he cant do nothing his self. on Jan 5 2010 the judge refused protective order. Knowing that he has violated the 1st one. So at this point we will take and and all action to protect the kids and our family since the court system has not protected us. Yes this means we will protect our self at any and all cost. No theart its a promise. I am sick of his lies and when he is asked to help support the kids and does not and says he is going to the bar you know he is worthless and a dead beat person not a dad cause he did not even fit the adoption. Which he had 30 days to do so and did not. I could go on all night but I think it will be all better soon. I just want everyone to be careful cause he loves to steal and do drugs and make threats.

| We have the exactly the same problems over there in the UK mate. Full of druggies and alcoholics. We now have a Government that condones this activity, and they show this by NOT making these people have to 'sign-on' in order to receive their (over-inflated) benefit, NOT to have to look for work, NOT to have to discuss their issues if these choose not to, and lastly they CANNOT be made to undergo treatment if they choose not to; and as for the rest of society that were claiming disability/incapacity benefits, even those with one arm, no use of their legs and several other illnesses - THEY are told to look for work, and have their benefits removed completely. I am NOT joking - the UK Government won't show you this in their election campaigns... |

The individual who posted this, Dustin McGuire of Elwood, Indiana completely made this up. I am the person this is supposedly about. Everything he has said in here is a complete lie. He is mentally unstable, as can be proved through his medical records. He is mentally challenged.
This man who illegally adopted my children by stating that him and the mother of the children had no clue where I was for a period of 2 years (which by the way, the prosecutor of our county is working on perjury charges for this false information), is now facing 2 felony charges for severely strangling and beating the oldest child, MY son who was 5 years old at the time. It can be found in public record in Madison County, Indiana. He faces one class D felony of battery resulting in bodily injury (respondant older than 18, victim younger than 14) and one class D felony of strangulation.
These are actually light charges considering the nature of what happened. Who is with me on that one? You see children dieing on the news all the time because of people like Dustin Eugene McGuire.
If anyone is unsafe, it is this "man". |
