These people are crooks and will steal your personal belongings. They will tell you what you want to hear and never follow through on their word. Not only never rent from these crooks, but I wouldn't let them manage my rental property either. I know for a fact Keith stole the AC units from the rental we were in (TWICE) and then the owners had to replace. The home they were renting to us is infested with toxic mold and they refused to fix it correctly. They tried to cover it up with paint and rented it out to someone else so it could make them sick. My daughter almost died because of their rental property and while we were in the hospital with her they illegally confiscated all out belongings in the home (that was quarantined) and sold them for their own personal profits. They did this while telling on the phone and through text messages that they were fixing the mold problem so we could come home. CROOKS!

Wow I wish I would've known about this before renting a home from them. It would've saved my family & I tons of trouble. We also have been very dissatisfied with our services from the Burt Charles rental department. I won't go into detail but I will say this we will never rent from Charles Burt again. And I'm so sorry to hear about your daughter.

This post is utter rubbish. These tenants didn't pay a bit of rent they where what we call squatters
It's sad that they use their daughter to gain sympathy and money from the public.
If you are a land lord, church or anyone who has the unfortunate primal age of meeting these people beware.

Also. Last I heard they were in S.E. Kansas milking a church and another land lord.

As to the comment by jbh, they made a deal to get the deposit back with inadequate notice then did not follow through with their end. That explains the lack of detail in the comment. It's hard to make us look bad when it was their dishonesty that cost them the deposit.

It's funny the only ones that complain are the ones who can't follow simple rules spelled out in a lease.
