I had filled taxes for my 2008 tax return with this company. I never had to meet the guy did everything over the phone with out having to give him any paperwork or sign any documents. I did file with him the year before but there were no problems so I didn't suspect anything. That was until I filled the second time and received an audit letter. I had never received one of those before so I did not know what to do. I called him and asked him to help me since he was the one that filled taxes and knew what an audit was. He allowed me to come to his office and show him the paperwork he told me to fill out a paper and that was that. As time went by I started getting more letters in which i called him up again for help. He said he had neck surgery and couldn't help me for weeks. I was running out of time as the IRS was about to garnish my SSI. I found a free tax clinic to help me try to sort this out. They did not know why he did what he did but all they could do at this piont was try to stop the garnishment. They were able to do this temporarily and told me to file a cliams against him which would probably be the only way i would not have to pay the IRS back myself. Still till this day he has not called to try to help me with this issue that he created. I have only filled taxes twice and both with this same company. I am unsure of his practices and he shows no care for his clients from my experience. I would not recommend him to anyone nor will I ever try to use him in the future. I am making this report because I do not want anyone else to go through what I had to go through and I am still fighting this matter. If you hear about any tax people or companies like this you should run far away from it as you can because only you will be responsible in the end.
