Cigirex Disabled, very low income, needed help and GOT SCREWED, Roxie, Mississippi

On 8/16/2011, I saw advertisement on television regarding Cigirex. Ordered free sample with shipment cost of $4.95 to be paid by Debit Bankcard. More to follow each month if not cancelled. Tried the product--decided it would not work for me, therefore, I called and cancelled and told them not to ship any more product because 1). Was suppose to be able to cancel if I did not want. 2). Told them I really could not afford. 3). Told them to not withhold any further money from my bank account. 4). Told them to ship no further product. They supposedly agreed. They did not ship any more Cigirex. However, they did continue to charge my debit bankcard account. 8/6/2011 $4.95 for shipment on free sample. 8/18/2011 $59.95 but no product received. Called company and asked for reimbursement and cancelled, again. 9/7/2011 $29.95 but no product received. Tried to call company-no answer, hang up's, phone goes dead.
Bank charged $29.50 overdraft fee. I contacted my sister to help me call and try to contact by email, etc. She has had no luck whatsoever. She found this scam Report and filed it. We are still trying to resolve this problem.
If you can help me with any info to contact this company, I would appreciate it.
