Please use extreme caution with this company, they are experienced fraudsters that are backed with WELLS FAGO BANK, NA. An enormous amount of the clients are victims of Real Estate Fraud, whereas those in foreclosue are coerced into selling their assets in desperation of saving their homes. This company has a consignment scam that is well organized but is highly fraudulent and BOGUS. They will Breach their fiduciary duties to their contractual agreement; however they make it appear although they are making an attempt to help you sell your items. In fact what they are doing is giving you an up front check for minimal amounts, while attaching highly inflated fees to a monthly agreement call "Lot Rent" to include the incurred outrageous interest rates of 100-990% on the money they've handed you after the contractual agreement; therefore, your ownership will soon fall into the induced trap of new ownership to City Loan. The trick is to create a bill that you are not able to reown the assets, while they are not making a "Good Faith Attempt" to sell your assets for fair value. The key excuse in failing to sell your assets with the manager "Scott" is failure to selling your assets is "The Market is Soft." These assets are sold or hidden in a "Shell Corporation Trust Account", whereas investors will recoup some of the loss monies from default and short sales Real Estate backed by securitized loans that were created to hold and sell off to investors in a packaged deals attached to "Real Estate Pools." These fraudsters are extremely experience in questionable contracts and inflated interest rates that consumers are being duped by these con artist. Use extreme care and report any fraudulent activities that you have experienced with this company.
