Cleaner Energy Pty Ltd New Energy PV paid hefty deposit for solar system, got zip in return Gold Coast, Internet

I paid a hefty deposit on a solar system to Ceaner Energy Pty Ltd.
To date I have recieved zip in return, even though my deposit was pais months ago.I have been trying to contact them for weeks with no luck.
I was horrified to read an article in the Courier Mail this week. Cleaner Energy Pty Ltd have gone into liquidation. Was this a scam? I also read that New Energy PV have taken over their order books, but have no obligation to refund deposits made to Cleaner Energy Pty Ltd.
Do not deal with these shonks, you will get burnt, like I have been burnt.
I saw A Current Affair expose on "Pastor " Steve, solar conman of god this week on tv.
We should do the same as the victim900 people,get together and get our story on tv!!
How do these people continually get away with it in Australia, there should be tougher penalties to deter them.
