Coles Furniture Lied to & Ripped Off $2461.00 Mt. Orab, Ohio

On Sep 18, 2011 I went to Cole Furniture store trying to find furniture in stock. I was told everything had to be ordered but it would be in 3-6 wks. Usually 4 weeks. So I picked out what I wanted, and paid for it. At 7 1/2 wks I called and was spoken to kinda rude. The man said he could not find my order, he would have the manager call me back. I waited all day. I finally had enough and call back, spoke with someone else, he told me that I will get my furniture when it comes in. I ask if I could just have a refund so I could go get some furniture. He said all sales are final, there will be no refunds or credits! Then proceeded to tell me that I could come and pick out furniture they had in stock instead of what I ordered. But the day I was in there I was told they don't carry any in stock. So I told him I would call the credit card company about this. He yelled go ahead there is nothing you can do about it, on the receipt it says all sales are final. On my invoice is says back orders may take up to 8 wks. Well we are 2 days away from 8 weeks and they have no idea where it is. I filled a complaint with the BBB, and my credit card company. They are nothing but liars! I hope no one ever has to go through with this.I am out $2461.00. Hope this will make others think twice about doing business with them. Oh how can a sale be a sale be final If I never received anything?
