do not rent an apartment from these people . the place is a slum invested with bugs these are the third owner of this place .each owner has been worse than the one before . they will not fix anything .permit drug dealers to do business on the property and will do nothing about it . they will demand extra deposits whenever they want to . and you will not get any of it back . my sister has lived their for the last three years . about two years ago she was given a dog for christmas by her daughter (my niece) who paid a rent deposit at that time for her . now they are demanding another pet deposit . this demand was made a few weeks after made one of the building (which was completely vacent at the time) unrentable . I think they are useing the fact that their is new owners of the building to get away with this . avoid living here at all costs I am going to get my sister out of this h**l hole as soon as I can aford to .
