I am making this report to inform those of you that view this site to do research on a career in supplemental insurance i would like to say im glad that you found this site and are being educated in the choices that you make. i personally have benefited from this field and the company but my report is to help a person avoid the pitfalls of working for this company that is in fact old fashioned,old school mentality, that has no direction or plan for the future except to see how much they could bleed dry from you and see how long you could pay for the priveledge of being
their "employee''
it doesnt seem right that you pay for most of everything you need to work no salary or reimbursment foe expenses of alotment for business needs and the "payoffs" you could win dont seem to justify why you did it in the first place. the lead cards you recieve have a majority of lapsed and some active customers that have had this junk since the 70's and 80's and are so gullible and ignorant they think its the best thing ever and are too stubborn to update this overall useless coverage that does not pay the needs for todays world. this company has been around since 1922 but is still in comparison to the duck company is mediocre and 2nd rate. door to door sales is not an effective and productive way of doing business and to boot prohibited in many towns and cities (they dont tell you that in sales school do they). you could be ARRESTED and THROWN IN JAIL for selling this way. Business to business is they same way it is unprofessional and degrading to you as an insurance professional. To put everything in prespective if your goal in life is working long hours, using your own gas, putting wear and tear of your vehicle, not keeping residual income when you leave the company, doing cheers that are goofy and rediculous. and beliving that p.m.a (positve mental attitude) will fix everything then this company will be glad to hire you. they will hire anybody that can pass a state exam and is willing to pay for licensing and exams. i could not imagine been a combined tool for 25 plus years. who wants to lose residuals after 5 years and why would you want to pay for the priveledge. all i can say is that this company is only good for a short term and you are aware of what you are getting into until you find a real job. to those of you out there that want to defend this asinine company you are a tool( a person that is to dumb to know he is being used) for those that need to know. use you r.m.a (realistic mental attitude) and realize that this company is not worth it. you can do so much better than defending a group of jackasses that only want to take advantage of people and bleed them dry before they have no more use for them. selling crappy policies to inbred trailer trash is not a good clientel base for business which is a majority of the combined business. you all could do alot better than this piece of shit, no name ,anarchaic, dead end company. dont trust the words of a man that looks like a retarded gay version of salvador dali. clement stone f**k his cigars and his homo mustache his slicked back hair and his plagerism of other philosophical works. heres a cheer hows my rma terrific
