On 8-17 we received the product Green Gobbler from CMC and discovered that we had never ordered this nor have ever ordered from this company. After several attempt to speak with someone we finally spoke with the Accounts Manager and was hung up on 5 times and was told we did order this product and we WOULD pay for it. After several more calls to speak with CEO with no luck I searched the internet and found out our CITY HALL is not the only company that has been scamed and talked down to by this company and their employees. I have never been spoke to like I was today by a company. This product is not damaged and never opened. We received an invoice for it in the amount of $131.16 that we will not pay. How does this company based on lies and liars get away with this? They would call and bug us for names and we finally gave up the name of an old employee (who went to contracting and we still use) who handled sewers and drains in our Town and then this bucket shows up. We signed for it thinking he ordered it because he is still contracted through us and he did not order it. After telling the company this they said he ordered it when he was still a full employee and it was damaged and sent back to them by UPS and they just happen to send out the new one. BULL this is!! We have sice told them not to call us or send anymore of their crappy products but by the sounds of the other reports I have read this will not be the last time they call. Well I wont back down or have my town be had by LIARS
