I have two cars of the same make and model and after some bloated repair bills, I started to wonder. They have a check holding service, and they put my check through the next day prior to my paycheck as agree. Then they were very nice after that. They promised discounts and later said oh we already put your check in, sorry. If you fell in a pit of vipers and they were all smiling and acting nice to you, that would be Complete Car Care Center treatment. They badgered me to come in for scheduled maintenance after an oil change turned into a giant Bill including head light reconditioning! They took my car on Friday and rush it through on Saturday and in this case called me last minute that it was ready if I could race to boca to pick it up within the hour. They have a towing company next store which they use to tow in your disabled car and they overcharged me most likely throwing some money to Complete Car Care Center inc. My final experience, when I knew it was personal and they are trying to rip people off was when they badgered me to come back for an oil change and Mike told me he had a coupon for me for an oil change for $16.88 or something like that.
Then after they charged me $42.19 telling me that had to charge extra for the "special" oil they use in my 2003 Tribute 5W-20 which is the same price as regular lighter oil. This is after I sat there for well over an hour, during which the "roach coach pulled in stopping work" and the guy working my car was also working the car next to it with a little more attention. I watched closely. I urge anyone to beware of these guys. They smile as they are ripping you off.
They are so used to doing this to people, that they are seemingly happy people.
I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and they will be on Angie's List soon.
I wouldn't bring my enemy's car there after my last couple of experiences after I realized it wan't me, that it was every time I went there!
