If you are contacted by Cool Blue Talent / Productions (Kim Harris), do not work for this company. If you do, you are working for free. They are a complete scam. They make you sign a model agreement that states on the very bottom in small type, вЂњвЂ¦any direct contact with the client for any reason may constitute a forfeit of any or all funds.вЂќ Here is their scamвЂ¦ They stall your payment on purpose, so after a few months your only course of action is to contact the client you worked for to see if there is anything they can do to help you get paid. That is what they want; they can now say, вЂњread your contract, any contact forfeits your pay.вЂќ This is obviously not legalвЂ¦ The most they can do is not use you again, but they are not able to withhold pay for services rendered for any reason. Even if you caused damages while working for your client they couldn't withhold pay, they would have to try to recoup them in small claims. Models and Companies stay clear unless you want to deal with scam artists. Burnt Model
