BEWARE! My wife brought in our car for a smog. They promised free retest if it failed with no stipulations added. The car failed due to a bad oxygen sensor. They gave a quote of $285 to fix the problem. I called them and specified the specific problem and the quote was dropped to $185, at that point he was not so friendly, and was clearly irritated. The BOSCH part which was defective cost $65. It took a mechanic 5 minutes to replace it and one minute to clear the code. When I tried to get them to perform to their promise and retest, they tried to get me to repay for the entire smog because they did not do the repairs, which was not previously stated. Use these mechanics at your own risk, in my opinion, it is quite a risk and
one not worth taking! To their credit, they appear friendly, but then again, so do Grizzly Bears.

this is a unhppy person who trys to get free work by sending in his wife, we smogged his car and diagnosed it free and he tried tobully us into doing the work for free, he got mad and tried to file complaint through aaa auto club and they declined his report because we did nothing wrong so he found this sight to write his lies to slander us, we have 100%coustomer satisfaction trough aaa auto club 5 years in a row and we are honest people there are some people you cant make happy even with giving them a free diagnosis Dan Hughes owner Craigs AUTO 562 947 3897
