They have the worst service and quality of products for high cost with the dumbest accounting department ever. The owner is a old lady that doesn't have a clue on how to run a business. They sell the poorest quality products in the market with cheap components. They will not warrant the failure of their products and now are using the cheapest motors, transaxles. Their Electronic vehicles toys are made in China with a failure rate of 15%. If you want to deal with the worst company in the history of medical devices and get junk then please call them....

HEY I FOUND SOMEONE ELSE WHO HAS BEEN SCREWED, I ORDED A WORMGEAR AND THEY DID KNOW WHAT IT WAS SO I SENT A PICTURE TO TOP MOBILITY SCOOTERS 8135 STATE RD 52 HUDSON FL 34687, THE DONT EVEN SELL THE PARTS THE GOT IT FROM CTM IN CHIMO THEY GOT THE PART FOR 75$ SOLD TO ME FOR 136 PLUS 33 FOR SHIPPING I HAD SAID WHEN I TALKED TO HIM I THOUGHT IT WAS 4./1/8 BUT I REMESURED AND TOLD THEM THE RIGHT LENGTH, SO THER SAY WHY THEY CABNT SENT BACK MY MONEY IS CAUSE I GAVE THEM THE WRONG SIZE, IT WAS THE RIGHT LENGHT BUT THE GEARING WAS NOT RIGHT, I LIVE ON A PENSION AND THIS WAS BROKE ABOUT A YEAR AGO, THER PRICE LOOKED GOOD, BUT BY THE TIME IT GOT HERE IT WAS 214.64 FOR A GEAR THAT COST 75$ I HAD TO PAY UPS WHICH THEY HAD SAID THEY WOULD PAY CAUSE THIS IS A MEDICAL PART, I HAVE ABOUT 400 FRIENDS ON FACE BOOK SO IM LETTING THEM KNOW AND HAVE THEM PASS IT ON THE COMPANY IS TOP MOBILITYSCOOTERS INC. 8135STATE ROAD 52 HUDSON.FL 34667
