David Peters Photoshop Fast track Paid for Software, but got nothing! Sparks, Nevada

On November 10, 2010, I responded to an ad by David Peters for a CD entitled Photoshop Domination Volume 1. I proceeded through the website to checkout. The price was $24.95 and I paid it with Paypal. The Paypal receipt came back that the money had been paid to a company called "8services." The problem was that I never got a confirmation of the order and I never received the product. I have tried numerous times to contact David Peters, aka Photoshop Fast Track and 8services. My e-mails to Peters come back as undeliverable and 8services simply doesn't answer my e-mails. I cannot find phone numbers for either David Peters or 8services. However, I do find addresses for David Peters and a Michele Peters at 2425 Lenticular Dr, Spanish Springs, NV 89441 and a business address at 1285 Baring Blvd, Sparks, NV 89434. I am mainly looking to contact this company to resolve this issue, but I am unable to do so!

This David Peters is a major spammer of photoshop tutorial video products. I've tried to get my email address removed from his spam list for years now. His spam comes everyday. Fortunately, my gmail catches most of it. So only every few months does he change his spam configuration and his emails get back through again.

I would steer clear of this wacko.
