demetrio rosa recently, just went to jcpenney and bought a couple stuff with cash, the register lady told me if i wanted to sign up for a jcpenney car

recently just opened a jcpenney card , it was a free signup, the register lady had told me it would be sent in the mail with coupons to shop, everything was free to signup. i recieve this in the mail it says i owe $9.95 to a purchase of leisureplus plano tx.....with information of www.leisureplusmembers.com and the number 1-888-527-2589. so i looked it up , it says some type of fitness signup, ...that doesnt make any sense this is jcpenney. im tired of these scammers. i found this web so im reporting this because its not the first time it happens , my identity has been stolen in texas???? i dont even visit texas, when i saw this im sure that the tx in leisureplus plano tx stands for texas. please put a stop to these retards who dont have anything better to do then steel $10 dollars.
