Questionable business practices

Mike Hill of DFW Door hangers, www.dfwdoorhangers.com, runs a business claiming to be at 1975 Ballpark Way in Arlington, Texas 76006. That location is a USPS building and Mike Hill of DFW Door Hangers claims that is his business location. We paid 50% up front in the form of a check. Mike Hill, claiming to be someone else from his business, came by to pick up the check which was cashed 20 minutes later with his signature on the back of the check. The work was promised to be completed in two days. It took almost 2 weeks and the response from the project was so small, you have to wonder if the delivery was completed to the entire area contracted. After supposedly completing the work, we mailed the second check. We did not realize at first the address was bogus. The check has not been returned and Mike Hill of DFW Door Hangers wants another check. He offers no other address and we need a W-9 for him, which we are unable to get. That fact, plus not running a check through proper business checking and the practice of hiring "day laborers", leads us to believe Mike Hill of DFW Door Hangers may not be paying proper taxes on the money he collects. There are other delivery businesses in the Dallas, Fort Worth area that are reputable and we recommend using one of those.

I have worked at DFW Door Hangers almost a year ago in 2010 and 1975 Ballpark Way in Arlington, Texas 76006 is DFW Door hangers old PO box address. As far as i know using a PO box is a reasonable business practice. You must not have tried very hard to pay this company they are extremely technically advanced and have a ticketing support system that is 90% effective in 2 days and 100% effective in 7. You are lucky they dont put a lean on your house.
