Found a store that was using Diesel name. Dieseloutlet.org to sell and advertise as a genuine Diesel store. Advertised same style and brands at deep discount. Was billed 2 days later from Topshopsmart.com in Bejing, China. When merchandise arrived, it was obvious imitation and poor quality with fake tags. Not even the size ordered. No receipt or inventory. Everything on package was in Chinese and no phone number or contact information. Emailed complaint and the response was basic and barely understandable. This company is using the Diesel name and selling imitation clothing and should be stopped.

I've had the same experience. I've been arguing back and forth the last few days with someone calling themselves Jenny Blume with the email address: [email protected] . The person is writing poor english, it's probably translated through google translate from chinese. They sent me some jeans that are obvious imitation and also the wrong size and fit. After three emails they were offering me a 20 prosent refund, and they are writing things such as "What's wrong with the jeans? They are in good condition and are hot this season." It's obvious that I'm not going to get my money back, so I'm not going to waste more time writing them.

As I've realised there's nothing I can do but to write this, I hope other people get warned if they google the company beforehand. I also just called my bank and they advised me to get a new card with new details just in case, so I'm doing that.
