I have received a bill on my debit card from

4DIGITALTV.COM 12-20 877-828-3474 NY 9304 BB&T CHECK CARD PURCHASE

$49.99

Today (12/28/2010) I called your customer contact number (1-800-894-9131) and spoke to Sarah employee ID: 8VR. She said she would dispute the charge that is from a 3rd party.

Subsequently, I was transferred to Mick/Supv at (1-888-957-3474) he says that he denies my dispute since the person I spoke to says that I wouldn't listen to the details of the transaction.

I am outraged that a 3rd party could somehow become involved in what I was led to believe was a straightforward service agreement between the DISH TV Network and myself. Essentially, they are saying that yes they are ripping off $49.99 from me, and there isn't anything that I can do about it!!

I disagree with that and intend to pursue the matter though the appropriate State and Federal agencies if we cannot resolve this matter. I intend to cancel my service.
