*PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU CHOOSE TO GO TO THESE CROOKS I HAVE ALREADY REPORTED THEM TO THE BBB* Do not support this business at the HILLSIDE LOCATION. There is an Optician who goes by the name of CHAAYA (A SMALL INDIAN WOMAN WITH TIED BACK HAIR, AN ACCENT, WHO IS USUALLY BEHIND THE COUNTER). She is a bad business person. She PURPOSELY OVERCHARGED me $25 for a $175 dollar frame and lens simply because the lens were not prepared by the time I needed them. When I confronted this person she ACTED and DENIED HER MISTAKE. Originally I was to pay $175, which I paid a deposit of $100 with the worker there whose name was UMAIR (A SKINNY INDIAN MAN WITH LONG HAIR AND GLASSES). When I returned to pick up my glasses and pay the rest of the $75, this idiot CHAAYA, DECIDED TO OVERCHARGE ME $25 FOR ANTI-REFLECTION LENS AND I SPECIFICALLY SAID I DO NOT WANT THEM! I ENDED UP PAYING A TOTAL OF $200! THE WORKER THERE UMAIR ALREADY GAVE THE TOTAL AMOUNT THAT I NEEDED TO PAY ON THE BUSINESS CARD THAT WAS ONLY $75, NOT $100!SHE IS RUNNING THIS BUSINESS WITH SHADY MISINFORMATIVE TACTICS! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS WOMAN! When I refused to pay she said" Fine, Give me back the glasses". These people have the nerve to ignore me as well when I was standing in shop looking directly at her face watching her LIE TO ME! She is a total disgrace and is COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. THIS IS A TRUE STORY AND A TRUE REVIEW. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!
