They are also Persing Auto in Allentown, PA

This used car dealership is just plain awful. They will repo your car even though you are making the payments on time. It's how they make money, they are a huge SCAM.

I Bought a $9,000 car, put $3,000 cash down. Exactly a year later, almost to the day they repo'd the car after I paid $7,000 into it. I made my payments every two weeks as required. They said I missed one payment in March because I was apparently supposed to make three payments that month. They never contacted me, they just used it as an excuse to repo my car at 10:00 one night in October (5 months later). They are a huge scam.

Within a week I went to them with all of the reciepts, they had me drive to the Allentown location, only for them to tell me they wanted $2,000 to get the car back plus a ton of fees, and I came to find out they tacked on an extra $2,000 onto the car note (fine print I apparently missed when signing the contract ).

The "collections" guy (Brad) was rude and wasted my time, I went over EVERY reciept with him and the owner/manager of the Allentown location (Persing).

I am out a ton of money and a car that I paid a lot of money for. The car wasn't even worth what I paid. Not only did they screw me with money, but the car was litterally falling apart, it had been in a wreck before I bought it.

I am now in the process of trying to sue them, to at least get back some of my money. I am warning anyone, desperate for a car or not......DO NOT got to these dealerships. They are a total fraud.

They give fake names, and find a loop pole to repo the car. Then they re-sell it (the car was relisted on their website for sale within a week) They take advantage of people with bad credit.

I AM NOT POSTING THIS FOR ANY REASON OTHER THAN TO SAVE PEOPLE THE EMBARRASSMENT AND HEADACHE THEY HAVE CAUSED ME. THEY ARE CRIMINAL. I HAVE HAD A TON OF PEOPLE WITH SIMILAR PROBLEMS CONTACT ME WITH HORROR STORIES.

WHEN I WENT IN THE RECEPTIONIST IN THE EASTON LOCATION MADE NASTY COMMENTS ABOUT ME POSTING ON HERE TO MY FACE. She is probably the fourth receptionist they have had working there in the past year. The receptionist that worked there when I bought the car was the worst, she had a problem with me because the salesman (who has since been fired) was hitting on me and apparently it was her boyfriend. She tried to have my car repo's because of it. Totally unprofessional.

IF ANYBODY ELSE HAS A HORROR STORY ABOUT THIS DEALERSHIP PLEASE CONTACT ME. I HAVE A TON OF E-MAILS BACKING UP MY STORY........EVEN AN EX-EMPLOYEE CONTACTED ME......SO I AM NOT CRAZY OR DOING THIS JUST OUT OF SPITE. I COULDN'T GET TO WORK, FOR OVER A WEEK, PLUS I'M OUT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had purchasing anything in my life. I am not going away quietly. I am contacting everybody I can to save people from what I went through. Having my car repo'd and losing so much money at a bad time in my lfe almost ruined me, financially and emotionally. I was just starting to get back on my feet from a bad divorce 5 years ago, which is why I ended up buying a car from such a shady place to begin with. Then this happened. If it's up to me they would be shut down.

They haven't heard the last of me.....

Hii Im going through a similar experience right now I have had my van for less than 2 months I paid half a payment due to npt having tje whole payment promised the rest a week later we had the money just was very busy so dint end up paying day promised that was a friday that tuesday they were here to repo the van I told him I had the money could he take it then refusing he said he could not and had to take the van... So I asked could I pick it up tom he assured that yes so he took it I caled the next day and told them my van had been repod could I pick it up the recpt then transfered me and I explained once again I asked can I pick it up he said yes u can I said ok and who did I speak to he said chris then quickly said im going to give u a number call her her name is jennifer and I said ok and she is ? He said collections I said ok. I calld explained my story once more she told me give me a couple mibs to call persing and get the exact dollar amount I said ok. She then called and told me I owed 761 I asked her why so much it was supposed to be only 220 she explained that there was a 400 repo fee which I had never heard of til then the 220 I owed the 23s payment when it is only the 11and also a 5 % charge for paying late... My mom thinks theyre tryimg to play me since Im so young (19) so were going to go tom and threaten with a lawyer. They really are unfair and a fraud I wish id known that before getting into this mess... Thanks for sharing your story and hopefully ppl dont ignore it.
