Their site is very complicated to navigate and when I finished the form they did send me the documents as agreed. The only problem is that they lock the file so you can't edit it, and there were errors which WERE NOT MY FAULT, such as not deleting a creditor in a secondary section when I deleted them from the main creditor screen. There is a problem with their software and they sent emails claiming their errors are user errors!

Is this a bankruptcy company owned by Deborah Dolen? I am trying to get my money back from her and did a search for Deborah Dolen bankruptcy and this came up. I am finding that she filed a lot of them so if she is I will contact the state attorney. Can someone help me?

I have found that anything positive posted online about her are indeed from her own creation. If your dealings with her are serious, that will warrant involvement of the proper authorities.
