I would just like some clarity on Easyhome. I signed a contract with Easyhome in Nov. 2010. I paid for the first 5 days before I left the store.Ihad an emergencyand had to leave frommy apartment and could not take the furniture with me.They have been calling my job non-stop...I have explained the situation and they told me the furniture is no longer at the apartment. At this time I don't know what happened to it. Now they are threatening to have me arrested if I do not give them back their stuff...they have called me repeatedly at work even after I have told them that I am not allowed to received personal calls at work. They have even gone so far as to try to physically contact me at work after I told them I cannot received visitors at work. They are going to get me fired....Is any of this legal??? I am in AZ....
