The seller is a scam, she sent me 2 wigs that are not the same wigs I ordered. I bought a virgin chinese which I paid $274 in natural color. I receive the wig it is not virgin chinese, The wig color was black with auburn highlights. I order a large cap the cap was small, fits a child size head. The second wig I bought is indian remy light yaki in 1b 10 inches. The wig arrives jet black 14inches. The hair is dry matted and brittle, split ends, The wig is very thick and its supposed to be light to medium density. Wigs at the beauty supply store look better then these 2 wigs I bought. I contact her for a refund. She didn't want to give a refund, I went through paypal. Who ever is thinking about ordering from her site don't, You will be dissapointed! She also keeps harassing me by email which I had to block her.

Best Lace wigs is the worst offender for scamming buyers. I ordered a unit from them that was NOT the same as was shown on their website. I also filed a complaint with PayPal. HORRIBLE!!!

The hair is fake, test a old bestlacewig with hair bleach a small piece and it will turn in to a clearish color string and start tangling and i contacted them about what happen they said virgin indian hair can't be bleached only darken I was like that is a bunch of bulls*** they did not offer my money back they did not send another one i guess they just said forget me and my money because everybody knows virgin hair can be bleached they just lied i tried to comment on their website but they looked over it and did not put it up this was 2 years ago when this happen
