Purchased two concert tickets on Sept 16, 2010 for the Reunion Concert Event in Orlando, FL for October 16, 2010. This concert cancelled October 15, 2010 on national TV. The responsible person is Jerry Bryant, Entam Concerts & Productions. Jerry regret that he had to cancel this event but he is such a dramatic con-artist and a first class Liar that he made a statement on the web site- Refunds will be given through the outlet that you purchased. Tickets purchased through Entam Concert Website will be refunded ty returning your tickets by mail to: Entam Concerts & Productions. If you paided by credit card you will refunded via credit card Please send your tickets in as well. I returned by ticket to Jerry Bryant (certified mail w/sign) Oct 20, 2010 and received a signed slip Oct 22, 2010. I tried numerous time to reach Jerry after waiting 90 days and finally filed a dispute with PayPal. After emailing Jerry, his reply was: We will have all refunds completed within 90 days, that doesn't mean that you will have to wait that long, however since you filed a claim with PayPal we will see where you were in line for the refund and stop that until Paypal finishes their transaction request. Jerry is such a con-artist at this, he took my money and ran. He knew a claim had to be placed with PayPal within 45 day and with your bank card 90 day. So by telling me all refunds will be completed in 90 days, he pocket the money and probably laughed. I don't know how many people were screwed by Jerry, but lot of the vendor and artist lost also. Jerry Bryant is a scam.

The exact same thing happened to me. It's awful how people rip off others and get by with it. Hope you can live with yourself.

Get your facts straight before you accuse someone of what you are. I received my refund recently even though it took this long I did get a full refund. Know the facts before you slam someone and their reputation it could be in reverse with you. How does anyone know you really have a claim? Just because you said so??
