I got a call from this company saying that they heard about my excellent credit card usage and they wanted to offer me better rates than what i was already getting. The representative came out with very rushed and slick words, comparing my rates to theirs. letting me know that the deal i currently recieved wasnt a deal at all and they would lower my rates by almost half. I bought it. Boy was i hoodwinked. not only are my rates higher butim locked into a 5 year contract at 138.00extra monthly for a credit card machine that i told them i didnt want or need but they explained that the credit card machine was free. the monthly fee would be for the reciept tape and their consistant monitoring and customer service. Let me tell you about the customer service. Once the initial representative leaves your presence with your autograph on his long and drawn out contract you will never hear from him agian EVER. He or she will convince you that you are not signing a lease for the machine even though a third party varification will confirm that you indeed are. BE VERY CAREFUL the representative will feed you exactly what you are to say to the varifier. I was supposed to get paid for the five hundred dollar cancellation fee from my original processor
it never happened, because iI took his word for it and there is NO contract aggreement for that>.
I am STUCK with the bill. the representative will say "just call me once youve paid the fee and we will cover it for you" GOOD luck it will never happen All I can say is read read read everything all the hidden fees. take it home or have your accountant look over all the details. I GOT GOT
