We are a appraisal company located in Hawaii, we have made several attempts to get paid for a appraisal report completed done back on 08/19/2010. Unable to contact anyone, only answering machine, but not able to leave message at (904) 288-2043 and (904)-425-1300 not allocated. Still waiting for Melissa to call me back (904) 288-2004 ext #144. We received a email back in 12/23/2010 stating that the check was process and mailed out today, but no check. We did 5 jobs for them in 2010 and this got paid. Unsure why I am getting the run around. They still call us to do work for them but we tell them pay us first before we do anymore work.

I received a request from Evaluation Solutions from Dennis Lutz to perform a land appraisal in Chicago back in May. The report was completed and sent in May 28, 2011. I have not been paid. I also received an email saying my check was processed but I never got it. Finally I reached Tiffany Hall who had processed the report and said it was sent to the wrong address and a new check would be sent out. NOTHING. One months latter, I am leaving messages, sending e-mails with no response. This company insulates itself from callers. They have no general operator. They have no extension or number for accounts payable. No supervisor to speak with. They are committing FRAUD against appraisers and crossing state lines to do so.
I am filing a complaint with the Florida Attny Generals office and Chase bank who was their client for this report. BEWARE ALL APPRAISERS. THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF AND FRAUD AND SHOUD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS. IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE THIS, TRY CALLING THEM.
