Everything Neon Worst customer Service Austin , Texas

I wish I would of looked at the reviews of Everything Neon before I ordered from them!!! I received a sign that was defective and sent it back. It has been since October (3 months) and I still do not have the replacement or a refund. I have been getting such a run around from this company. I have spoke with Trish, Yvette and Connie and all three have one excuse after another on how busy they are and how they cannot even open their emails or listen to their voice mail.
They will not refund your money. They also will not send a replacement. Please do not use this company! It is by far the worst customer service ever. I am out $385.00. By the looks of their reviews, this is consistent to how they conduct business.

Thanks for talking to me. Like I said I have three of these lights. One stopped working all together. The other two you have to turn on and off a couple of times before they will turn on. I spent $1, 077 on these lights and are all ready haveing trouble with all three of them. I have had four other neon lights for years never having a bit of trouble with them. Also, this is like my fourth email and called at least 10 times. Thanks for taking care of me.
