Poor quility of EvoMax Tablet Battery does not hold a charge at all.

I received the 10.2 in. EvoMax tablet on 2-25-12. The battery will not hold a charge and I have called the 888-529-0022 tele# AND WAS CUT when I wanted to return item. I have e mailed them with no response. I brought it through Amazon advertizements and paid by my Pay Pal account. Is there anyway this company is legal and what can I do to get a response from this company or have them investagated. Please Reply.

I am yet another customer who was duped by this company. I have had all the issues you all are having: horrible charge, horrible customer service and horrible turn around time.

I purchased the 10.1 tablet and after the charge did not hold, I asked for a replacement charger; they sent the charger for the 7" (it did not fit). I had to wait another month to receive the correct charger. Once that charger came, the tablet still did not hold a charge. I asked for a refund and they told me to ship it back for a free refund; only thing is I would be responsible for the cost of the shipment. When I told them that was unacceptable and that they should supply my refund as well as the additional $38 it would take to ship it, they responded, "Do you do stand up?"

This company and product is a scam and I wasted $200.
