Do not go here. Susan Lunetta, the ringleader of this entire disaster of a company, will basically steal thousands of dollars from you in order to "market" you as talent. However, she doesn't even do that. She'll sign you up for some national casting website who will send you thousands of emails a day. This isnt even run by Exxcel, so what exactly are they doing all day? Holding meetings to scam little girls and boys out of their money in "hopes" of having what it takes to make it big. She promises money, interviews, and talks about the ONE OR TWO successes their company has ever had. She'll force you to pay for things you don't want, such as "professional" pictures that look awful. I could take better pictures with a webcam, for god's sake. This company is a huge scam and do not do their jobs.
Also, Susan will bring everyone to a big 4 hour meeting after you've been "accepted" into their agency. (Surprise Surprise, everyone is accepted). She'll talk to young, easily influenced girls about what they should and should not be eating, because it's "competitive" out there. Then, she'll let you in on the "true secret" of the business, meeting Hollywood directors in order to get your foot in the door. Because we all have those kind of connections, right? I feel bad for any young person who has fallen into her trap as I have, but take this as fair warning SHE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. As soon as you show signs of uncertainty in the company, she will call your house everyday begging you to come back, promising jobs and interviews that she will never follow through with.

I wish that I had gone to other agencies before I put a lot of money into Exxcel. Take my word for it, it's not worth it. -TTN9, Boston
