Ed Bales and Joe Gunja have been a tremendous help in assisting a friend of mine who is an inmate in a Federal Prison. He has experienced serious health issues since his incarceration and with Ed's assistance he has received excellent medical care and attention to his on-going medical condition. Ed's involvement opened the lines of communications with the prison that are not accessible to inmates on their own.

We have been extremely pleased with the assistance we have received from Mr. Bales.

I also have been very pleased with Ed Bales. He has been there for my son and I for almost the last two years. I have found him to be a very caring and honest person when I speak with him regarding my son and his case. He always return my calls and emails and while maybe some of the answers are not what I want to hear, he explains why something is or is not possible. He also explains the best possible way to get a case heard by the right officials.

He has been a very important person to me as I needed help in dealing with this whole nighmare that I have found myself in with my son in the FBOP. I have also spoke to Joe Gunja and found him to be a very caring man and very good at knowing what is the best course of action to take in a case. Nothing has been promised to me except that Ed and Joe work very hard and long with their clients and their cases in the hope of compassion from the BOP which as we all know they severely lack.

Ed will stay on the case until your loved one is home and I feel so glad that he is there for my son and I. His is a voice of reason in this most unreasonable world of the BOP.

If you or anyone in your family need his services please take my recommendation into consideration.
