teamlunderman construction inc. kenneth forbes owner signed a contract to construct and build a small house on our property. they gave us false information in reguards to the busness and the license yet it was active and no complaints. soon they began to violate many rules and regulations. finally they were issed a stop work order. we continued to work with forbes to honor our contract and expected they would do the same. they abandoned our house job without notice and left us with an incomplete house with many problems and 50k of our funds.the state dbpr final orders is full restitution and they say we are elegible for the construction recovery funds but they have no funds available. we have not seen any justice and no help and we are suffering a finance loss and in a crisis due to our losses. there has got to be a program or the state needs to follow through with our case. we really need legal advice to recover and finish our home and repair our lives which will take many years into the future. is there anyone who cares out there? god bless
