With the economy being so bad, it's too bad this scam is a way for others to take advantage of others! This was very misleading. People put their trust into these folks. I am disabled and live on a fix income, losing money and not receiving a product. What goes around comes around and i pray these folks get theirs some day for taking advantage of others. There is nothing about this procedure that works. anything you click is returned with an error and/or empty files. Nice when you send an email response or call the 800 number, there is a message stating they may be busy with an overwhelming incoming response. I had a gut feeling when i began receiving those messages. I believed i had order a product with books etc to be mailed to me. Instead i received "the digital" through my email. Again each link or file came up empty. Received an email response to my request for refund "they would be happy to send my refund" but couldn't be done from them that i would have to reply to yet another 800 number. Please be much wiser that I and others
