Flex Card took my money and never sent my flex card Internet

I was email with a credit card offer to build my credit up, i payed the deposit on the card of 39.00 and i still haven't received my card yet and they said it would be out in 7-to 14 days and that was around the 4 of Dec. and the card is still not here, and as of now the have there phone in a automated recording saying that they are up grated there phone system and all the cards have been sent out i like to know where i haven't seen any, And now the recording Thanks for Card Services and our office is closed if you know your party ext, please dial it at anytime, I don't care who it is this is not right, taking from someone to make money for yourself and special take away kids Christmas, that's what i was going to use it for and I know there's alot more that was going to use for Christmas to, I hope we find them and they get whats coming to them....
