I was tricked by several (over 5 phone calls) voice messages from Force Group that there are over 70 inquiries for Vero Beach FL location where my vacation home is located and they have none in their inventory. They found my phone number from other places where I have advertized my vacation home. They called me at home and my cell phone. Finally they said that they can
advertize my home and if there is no booking within one year they refund my money. I paid the amount $245.00 with that guarantee. After 9 months I requested my money since the inquiries (about 15 of them) seemed to be fake and phony. There were no subsequent emails from their clients. I wanted to see why no one is contacting me after the initial contact. So I lowered my rate to a level than a cheaper 2 star motel. And still no subsequent contact. My
vacation home is in prestiges a golf/tennis gated community. Now Force Group is refusing to refund my membership and they are referring me back to few layers of pages that I had no clue that they existed. I asked them why these pages were not included in my contract and I can not get any answer from them. I wrote them two letters and I got a form letters from them without any signatures or name. I called gain and told them I plan file a suit and I need a name so I can serve my claim. They gave me a phony name that does not exist and my claim gone unwarranted
