We are a belgium company and we order iphones to mr. Gonsalves Fred of the company Northwest wholesale network, and pay him by banktransfer 21.000 dollar, after a month he comes with the story that his supplier have cheating him, and that he can't deliver the iphones 4s, we asked him to refund our money and laugh with us by saying that he have no money for refund our 21.000 dollar, because he have payed his supplier by paypal, and he must wait till paypal pays him back, we don't believe him anymore and people do not bussiness with that man, if you don't want lose money!!!!! This is his email he send to us : LOL are you stupid or do you not hear what I'm saying. I said I have no money to pay you back. What do you not understand about that? I love talking to mentally challenged people they always seem to miss the point. Do whatever
you think you have to do, it's not going to change the fact that there is no money. Are there other people that have been cheating by Mr Fred Gonsalves of Northwest Wholesale Network

Fred Gonsalves has a long history or theft and fraud. He seems to get away with it on a regular basis because he does his fraud in other states and not where he lives. He is being investigated by the police in Tehama County however so if you want he to get what he deserves then contact the detective department in Tehama County and file a police report against him.
