Do not buy from free.cigarettes-cigars.com. This is a sleazy outfit, despite the elaborate web page. I ordered cigarettes from the UK on June 4 and have yet to receive my order. I''ve exchanged a dozen emails with them (someone named Denise, but no actual email address) but no satisfaction. Now I'm told I have to wait 4 more weeks!!! At my insistence, I was given a tracking number but no postal service to attach it to. Buyers beware

I have had the same trouble, placed an order on the june 23rd and still waiting...various emails with "denise" but like you say no joy...just have to put this one down to experience and not trust any more sites like these...

Yesi have had the same experience placed my order in june and nothing Denise promised me my order but iwont hold my breath i would advice people not to bother with this company

Same thing over here, placed my order 4 juli and still waiting.
Various email from Denise asking for patience.

This was a try-out, and therefore I had paid with my credit card, and after showing patience for more than 60 days i cancelled the credit card payment.

Funny thing is that they had charged my card, as a spanish company selling lottery tickets.

I also ordered in November 2011 - then received a letter from customs & excise who had seized the shipment. I appealed the seizure stating I would pay the duty owed as I cannot get this particular brand in the UK to be told by customs that this was not possible, the shipment would be destroyed as the company had improperly described the goods in the package.
I contacted free.cigarettes-cigars and asked for a refund as the onus surely lies with them to correctly label the goods for customs & excise - their reply from Denise in shipping was "Good afternoon,
We are really sorry about the situation with the seized cartons by your customs. We understand your dissatisfaction because you have not received your cartons of cigarettes. In order to help you recover a part of your loss we would like to offer you the following solution:
If you place a new order of 6 cartons of cigarettes made in Europe - we will ship to you 2 cartons for free.
We cannot do more according to the fact that we shipped your order once and we did not receive any of our goods back.
Thank you for your understanding and your quick reply is awaited.
Best Regards"
Are they having a laugh????? I didn't receive my first order due to their incompetency so why would I try to place another order??
