FREEDOM LEGAL PLANS FRAUDULENT FREEING YOUR POCKETS PLANS FORT LAUDERDALE, Florida

I am absolutely furious with the with FREEDOM LEGAL PLAN. In February 2011 this company contacted me regarding the denial of my mortgage modification from my mortgage company. I spoke with a representative from there name James Braxton after hearing my story and how my mom and I were victims of fraud James promised that his company will be goin after the Lender not just for a modification but for posession of the home he told us the worse case scenario would be the modification which our payment would be cut in half, our interest rate lowered and our loan on the house would be dropped to the market value. On February 20th, 20011 when out first payment of $750 was taken and the process began we were asked to submit our original loan documents for a forensic audit which would be completed in 30 days and the appointed attorney handling our case would contact us. The audit took place we received our documents back but no call from the attorney. Two months went by and 2 more payments were taken still no attorney contact. I called Freedom Legal and requested a face to face conference. In May 2011 we met with Igor "one of the attorneys from LITVIN LAW FIRM". During the conference Igor advised us of all the areas in our file where fraud was found and the and the step they would take to gain posession of the property which he said would not be difficult. Again nothing we were promised did we receive but for my account was still being hit for the $750. Finally in July a court date was set a few days before the date we were informed "with no explanation" the date was changed until September 30, 2011 . After this my mom contacted Freedom Legal Plan concern of the ongoing payments and no reults. Freedoms Legals only response was to lower our payment effective August 20, 2011 to $595. Another 2 payments made and nothing done. On September 30, 2011 my mother attended the court apperance "which we were advised not to attend" and the judge ordered and we return for a final apperance in 2 weeks. My mom contacted the attorneys office and freedom legal on a weekly basis for the follow up date and was given the run around. She then requested that our payment date be changed to the end of the month and was approved to be withdrawn October 30,2011. I spoke with a manager named Bill form Freedom Legal and expressed my concerns an agreement was made by bill that a payment would not be withdrawn until my concerns were address and someone from the attorney office followed up with me. The entire month of October went by no court date no return calls from the attorney no correspondance but my payment was withdrawn. I contacted Freedon Legal furious asked for manager Bill and I was told he would call me by the end of the day. A return call was not made so the following day I contacted my bank filed a claim and had the payment reversed. Since then we have recieved non stop calls and correspondance about the payment one call from the attoryney stating the court date was changed to December 13, 2011 with the only explanation being the documents they have had since September 30, 2011 was not submitted until October 25, 2011. A few days ago my mom contacted Freedom Legal to express her disappointment. She was assisted by rep name Daniel who stated that he would contact the attorney and set up a conference call for Thursday November 10th, 2011 at 7pm and also ask the attorney to work probono for the month of October. She received a call back from Daniel confirming the conference call. We did not received the call and today November 11, 2011 at 10:15am when I called Daniel his excuse was the attorney contacted him at 8:50pm last night stating he was on a call with another client and could not make conference call. I told Daniel I am the client out of common courtesy the attorney or one of the representative should have called me to reschedule. I also told him I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General of Florida and the Attorney General Of New York After the call with Daniel I called Litvin Law Firm spoke to Yuiry Moshes who stated he is the attorney handling my file. I asked the attorney about the conference call his response was he was not aware of the conference call, he was not in the office that late nor was he aware of working probono. To finalize my story I have come to the conclusion that this company never had any intentions of saving my home they have just been giving me the run around every month taking my money until I finally get tired of paying and quit. I am not $5690 in the hole from paying these frauds and possibly lose my house.
